Data Deletion

If you commented on or messaged one of our Facebook Pages or Instagram accounts, we may hold your comment, the public name and ID Meta gives your account, and the messages we exchanged. We never receive your password, your contacts, or anything else from your account.

To have all of it deleted:

1. Email support@ancientremediesbible.com with the subject “Delete my data”, and include the name on your Facebook or Instagram account and the Page or account you contacted — or send the words “delete my data” in that same Messenger or Instagram conversation.
2. We delete everything we hold about you within 30 days and confirm by reply.

Whatever you do not ask us to delete is deleted automatically 90 days after we received it. Everything else we collect is described in our Privacy Policy.
